Update: The PUCO granted the applications for rehearing filed by OMA Energy Group and others objecting to the PUCO’s decision approving, with modifications, the PPA settlement to afford itself additional time to consider the issues raised. Parties now await the PUCO’s substantive decision on the various grounds asserted in the applications for rehearing.
