Update: OMA and Kroger filed comments in opposition to Duke’s latest request to delay the filing of a portion of its energy efficiency and peak demand reduction portfolio plan (Plan). The PUCO previously directed Duke to file its Plan by June 15, 2016. Despite the PUCO’s directive, Duke is seeking an additional request to delay filing a portion of the Plan until October 15, 2016. According to Duke, the delay is necessitated by logistical problems associated with its vendor. In their comments, OMA and Kroger argued that Duke’s request to delay the filing of a complete Plan violates the PUCO’s prior order.
