Update: On May 28, 2015, FirstEnergy and the remaining signatory parties filed a Supplemental Stipulation and Recommendation which expands the interruptible program significantly, allowing more customers to take advantage of credit/discounted rates. It also sets up a pilot program only available to members of certain signatory parties and other parties who have agreed not to contest the stipulation which would allow those customers to shop for transmission and ancillary services. On the same day, Industrial Energy Users-Ohio filed correspondence in the docket indicating that it would not contest the stipulation.
