Update:  On May 28, 2014, the Commission issued an Entry (1) granting the applications for rehearing filed by DP&L, FirstEnergy, Duke, Ohio Power, Direct Energy, and IGS in part and denying them in part and (2) denying the application for rehearing filed by OHA.  The Commission also adopted the rules attached to its Entry and stated that they were to be sent to JCARR for approval.
