Update: TimkenSteel recently filed an application with the Commission seeking approval of another reasonable arrangement with AEP Ohio. The discount off of AEP Ohio’s monthly tariff charge and delta revenue cap that TimkenSteel will receive are redacted in the application; however, counsel recently negotiated a protective agreement which permits some disclosure of the data underlying the application. AEP Ohio has moved to intervene in the case and states that it does not oppose the arrangement on the terms and conditions proposed in the application.
