Update: On November 13, 2013, the Commission approved the amended tariffs filed by AEP. AEP filed new tariffs in compliance the Commission’s findings that Columbus Southern Power Company (“CSP”) has significantly excessive earnings. The new tariff includes a credit of $485,792 to CSP rate zone customers. The tariff will be effective only for the November 2013 billing cycle. Based on CSP’s estimates, each customer, excluding special contract customers, will receive a credit of $.000358 per kWh.
