Update: The Commission granted DP&L’s request for waivers from certain requirements applicable to its generation and transmission services. The Commission also set June 1, 2015 to May 30, 2016 as the test period and September 30, 2015 as the date certain. OMA Energy Group intends to intervene in the case.
