Update:  On November 18, 2013, the Commission issued an entry stating that the workshop which was previously scheduled for December 12, 2013, is rescheduled to take place on December 11, 2013, at 10 A.M., at the offices of the Commission, 180 East Broad Street, 11^th floor, Hearing Room B, Columbus, Ohio 43215.
