Update: On November 18, 2013, AEP Ohio filed its direct testimony in support of its application and request for carrying charges.  Intervenor testimony is due on November 25, 2013.  The Ohio Consumers’ Counsel has served a deposition notice upon of all AEP Ohio’s witnesses and any AEP Ohio employees who assisted with responses to discovery requests.  The depositions are scheduled to take place on December 3, 2013, at the offices of the Consumers’ Counsel beginning at 10 a.m.
