Update:  On November 4, 2013, Industrial Energy Users-Ohio, Staff, OCC, and OMAEG each filed a list of non-binding issues anticipated for a hearing on the matter.   OMAEG listed issues relating to the prudency and reasonableness of the costs incurred by AEP Ohio, the ability of AEP Ohio to recover certain costs through Rider SDRR, and AEP Ohio’s ability to record carrying costs on the charges it is seeking to recover.
