Update:  Over the course of the last week, the following parties have filed motions to intervene in the PPA Rider Expansion Case:  FirstEnergy Solutions (FES), Industrial Energy Users-Ohio (IEU-Ohio), Ohio Energy Group (OEG), Kroger, and Sierra Club.  OMA Energy Group plans to file a motion to intervene in the matter in course of the next few days.

On October 16, 2014, Sierra Club also filed a motion to establish a procedural schedule.  Sierra Club proposed a March 23, 2015 hearing date.  It is anticipated that AEP Ohio will contest Sierra Club’s motion on timing grounds.
