Update:  On October 16, 2013, Republic Steel, Commission Staff, and parties who had previously intervened in the case held a settlement conference to discuss Republic’s application, the implications of its approval upon other parties, and options that Republic should explore in order to reduce the delta revenue that other ratepayers will necessarily be responsible for if the application is approved.  The parties intend to hold another settlement conference once the various options discussed above have been fully explored.
