Update:  The hearing is scheduled to begin on Monday, October 22, 2012, at 10:00a.m. at the PUCO.  John Seryak will testify on behalf of the OMAEG, but FirstEnergy has yet to release the witness schedule.  As routine, the hearing should begin with FirstEnergy witnesses being subject to cross-examination, followed by intervening parties.  We will provide an update once the witness scheduled is available.
