Update: A hearing was held on September 28, 2015, on the stipulation entered into between Eramet Marietta and Staff. The Office of the Ohio Consumers’ Counsel (OCC) testified, proposing that a $10 million cap be imposed on the amount of subsidies that can be collected from consumers. The parties stipulated to not filing briefs; therefore, the matter is ripe for a Commission decision.
