Update:  OCC and OEG filed testimony opposing AEP’s proposed recalculation of the energy credit and capacity costs, resulting in increased revenue recovery for the utility company, to effectuate the Supreme Court reversals.  Instead, intervenors believe that customers should receive a refund of $327M based upon the reversals.
