Update:  Over the course of the past week, a number of additional parties, including Direct Energy Services, Direct Energy Business, Direct Energy Business Marketing, the Retail Energy Supply Association, and the Office of the Ohio Consumers’ Counsel (OCC) have intervened in the PPA Rider Expansion Case.  Additionally, on October 29, 2014, AEP Ohio filed a memorandum in opposition to Sierra Club’s motion to establish a procedural schedule to govern the matter.
