Update:  On October 3, 2012, the PUCO granted the applications for rehearing filed by several parties, including, the OMAEG/OHA, AEP-Ohio, Kroger, Ormet, OEG, FES, IEU-Ohio, Ohio Schools, and OCC/APJN for further consideration of the matters specified in the applications for rehearing.  This essentially gives the PUCO indefinitely more time to issue a substantive rehearing.
