Update: Given DP&L’s withdrawal of its proposal to implement a virtual PPA, the PUCO established a new procedural schedule. DP&L will file testimony next week in support of a Distribution Modernization Rider, which will be a credit support rider similar to the one that the PUCO Staff proposed in the FirstEnergy proceeding. Intervenor testimony will be due November 21, 2016 with a hearing beginning December 5, 2016.
