Update: On September 18, 2015, the Commission Staff filed a motion to extend the deadline for filing its testimony, which the attorney examiners subsequently granted. Moreover, depositions of AEP witnesses supporting the application to expand the PPA continued this week, and a prehearing conference was held at the Commission on September 22, 2015. The evidentiary hearing will commence on Monday, September 28, 2015.
