Update:  On September 19, 2014, OMA Energy Group, IEU-Ohio, OCC, and Ohio Partners for Affordable Energy filed reply comments, contending that AEP Ohio should be ordered to refund to customers the $24.24 million it recovered previously in connection with Phase I of its plan to construct an IGCC electric generation facility in Meigs County, plus interest.  AEP Ohio likewise filed reply comments on September 19, 2014, arguing that it is proper for it to only refund $3.67 million in Phase I costs to customers, and that, with interest, the total amount to be refunded should be $4.7 million.

On September 24, 2014, OMA Energy Group also filed a reply to AEP Ohio’s memorandum contra OMA Energy Group’s motion to intervene in the case.
