Update:  On September 24, 2012, we participated in a settlement meeting with FirstEnergy regarding our previously filed comments.  FirstEnergy was amicable regarding the OMAEG’s issues and it is likely that improvements will be made with respect to: (1) program offerings; (2) technical assistance for manufacturers; (3) quality in technical assistance; (4) bidding energy efficiency resources into the PJM market; (5) a shared savings cap; and, (6) prescriptive measures for manufacturers.

OMAEG consultant, John Seryak, will testify in the hearing that will commence on October 22, 2012.  Accordingly, we will prepare his testimony which must be filed by next Friday, October 5, 2012.
