On September 2, 2014, the Ohio Consumers’ Counsel (OCC) filed a motion for a procedural schedule governing the case that provides adequate time for discovery and hearing preparation.  OCC proposed the following procedural schedule:

• AEP Ohio’s testimony due November 12, 2014
• Staff and Intervenor testimony due December 12, 2014
• Hearing January 12, 2015
